Want to create a professional sounding podcast or audio project? This workshop will help walk you through everything you need to know about recording using the perfect tool for the job - the Adobe audio editing software, Audition. Attendees will learn the best practices of preparing, recording, and tweaking your audio for your project.
Instruction will be focused on learning the basic elements of recording in Audition and tweaking recorded audio to make sure all settings are optimal for your voice or audio. Other information such as file types, troubleshooting, vocal performance pointers, and equipment setup suggestions will be covered in the workshop as well. Learners will also be able to fully understand the best export settings for any given project.
In-person attendance of this workshop is open to GW students, faculty, and staff whose GWorld allows them to tap into Gelman Library. No visitors will be allowed into Gelman to attend this workshop. If you do not have access to Gelman, please attend online.
